I don't think it warrants a ban personally, it labels the person a douchebag sure, but banning? But i think it's considered "scamming" so it may be deletable.

Guess we'll see, I'm curious to know.

zoro: Unfortunately, being a jerk isn't cheating. When it comes down to it, lying to someone about a game setup to put yourself in an advantageous position--like Caspyin did--is certainly low and it violates the unwritten code of conduct here... But it doesn't violate any of the game rules that can get him banned. So, unfortunately, there's not much us moderators can do about it. :(

I'll speak unduly on behalf of the community though and say that we appreciate you telling us that this guy plays dirty. Something to keep in mind in the future. :)

i now have evidence as to why TTK should be boyciotted from tao. they're now expelling members with no valid reason because i was scammed in an official challenge by caspyin a.k.a strysus. these screenshots are in no particular order but with zoro's screenshot of the official challenge it makes sense. there is also reasons for caspyin to be deleted from ttk. two are for the TTK Leaders i also was banned from ttk with no valid reason

Nope the mods technically should not be able to do anything because as far as they know there is no s/s of the written agreement before the game stating that it would be a turt game with Alpha rules. Since that is a key provider of proof of him scamming, they should not technically be able to do anything about it. Only thing that really happens is your reputation gets spread as being a scammer.

Again - There is nothing you can do to get them banned just because you don't like them, so what's the point of bringing up trivial things like this? A clan can expel anyone they chose to without penalty. If you disagree with your expulsion you could try looking from the leaders perspective as to why you deserved your expulsion. But complaining about it on the forums like this and trying to flame them is actually making you look bad in return.

Lately what i've realized is that people always try to get certain people in trouble such as a kick. And that the mods believe these things that people say. Like Malign Mistress. She kicked Squall Leonheart From bannf because people said that he was cybering even though he wasn't. He might of in the past. And he did act a certain way also. But in 7 months or more he has done no such thing to commit a violation on a rule. So why are people doing this? Easy, to feel like they have power. I believe that Mods shouldnt not be able to kick a player unless a snapshot of this 'cybering' occurs. Lastly, a person in a match against cyber doesnt mean that they are cybering. The person could have gotten jumped by a cyber. That doesnt mean they cyber at all. Mods need to realize that people will say anything to get another person in trouble for their 'power' seeking, or revenge because they dont like that they were dumped by their 'online girlfriend' for that person. So help stop the bullcrap and make Tao a fun enviroment for all to play and where there is justice without lies.

If someone is a known cyberer,then yes, they do get kicked when someone again shows they've been cybering. Your idiocy is evident here.

You know what? You're partly right on that one. It's not because someone is playing a cybers that they are one, but usually cybers will ask in the lobby: "Floor 7 to cyber!" or "press 999 if you cyber". In the first case, if you jumped the cyber, and this makes it think you also wanted to cyber. In the second one, usually you will press 999 because you know cybers are free stats, and then jump him and pass for a cyber.
Also, most of the time (and its pretty rare), whena cyber jumps another user, they will ask for cyber if you say no, they will usually leave the game and if they don't....well...something bad could happen.
