Lord achilles damn nice list. Your missing only missing two, The doors and Pink Floyd. I have to agree, rap blows, rocks rules, and metal is king of all. :D However the rock and role suggested in this list will outlive both metal and rap. ANd metal will outlive rap, so thus rap just sucks.

ac/dc is just a guy screaming with no real thumpin music to make it good, he doesnt even sound good, if your gonna make a band make sure there is a singer that actually sounds good.

ozzy has SOME good songs, but when he was with black sabbath it was horrible, i had 2 of the cds and i put em in the microwave, good thing i didnt waste my money on em, got em for christmas:D

aerosmith has 1 OK song, its the one they played for the superbowl, thats the only one i can somewhat bear, HE FRIGGIN LOOKS LIKE A WOMAN!!!!!!!!!

Okay, the bands you listen to are rythmatic bands, And that is okay for those who are looking for fun music. The bands you posted have no theory. Led Zeppelin for example could quite possibly have more theory than any other rock band that has ever existed. Other than classical music, Led Zeppelin is king when it comes to guitar theory. One of the songs I listened to from you, the whole bass-line for the song was just a D-Chord.....not very theoretical, more fun-loving rythmatical, like most present day bands. The lead riff for it was the equivilant of one of Zeppelin's bass-lines.......it shows that those bands put not much work into the foundation of the song. They just want catchy tunes rather than putting blood, sweat, and tears into there riffs and beats. The music has no substance to it, only wants to be a "toe-tapper" like most present day songs. Look at the intro to Crazy Train or Walk This Way, it is much more theoretical than whatever the hell that crap was.

I know MUCH more about music than you. So don't come off saying that my bands are worse. Your bands are closer to poetry rather than music.
