Facts are plain to see. Tao is not what it used to be. If I can stir things up with a post like this than it makes the game a bit more interesting. Not only that...NJ was full of members who I considered to be good players when I was a part of TAO previously. Now in my return to casual playing...I notice the lack of "talent" all around in the game. Don't get me wrong...I enjoy the flame war that was included in this thread but the real issue is lack of interest of "old school players" and lack of understanding of the games strategies with the new players. What better way to talk about it than to have fun with an old school feeling bitterness between NJ and SI?

But then again...I do not speak for all of SI...just myself. Vance was chill while we played and I did not mock him or make him feel bad in any way...though I did question why he chose to not go after my enchantress that had 3 of his units frozen and thus allowed me to barrier her. Other than that I just outplayed an average level skill wise gold. It is nothing new as I have done so previously. I am tired now and I look forward to enjoying Thanksgiving. I hope that everyone does the same.

Also when Rantzu whooped jan12 and other players from SI on a dropless account (not sure if it was default). We don't take s/s' and stuff but ask the players themselves and you'll see. I don't post - in fact, I made a new account just to express my opinion on this seemingly important topic.

SW. I find it funny how the original purpose of this thread was to simply declare that SI was indeed better than NJ. However, as the response posts unraveled, it seems as if you changed the intent of the thread in order to counter the countless "Vance doesn't represent all of NJ" to the intent of sparking some action in the new boring TAO community.

Although your responses to hate / praise are very dignified and erudite, the tone you carry is one that shows superiority over others. No doubt you'll find something in my post to pick at, and no doubt you'll succeed, but maybe the reason why so many find your logic both inane and annoying is the tone you carry with each response. Both the praise / hate you got were valid. But it seems as if your ego can't handle the latter, which invokes you to respond to every negative post with a "Then don't post here" kind of response. It's a called a forum for a reason.

Change your tone, and you might be more well-liked.

1. I like how you are staying hidden. It's cool though. A "masked" avenger status may be the only way you can express yourself.
2. I think that you should try to type without a thesaurus. But I guess you can continue untill you learn how to use wit or actual logic to get your point across.

Honestly I believe if SI and NJ were to face off in a war, NJ would be more likely to win in freestyle and turtle (FPS style, I'm not sure how it would go Legends style).

I have been in SI for some time now but have never been in NJ. I really really like the attitude, skill, and dedication that they have. It is still very active, respectful etc... Whereas I really don't find Netjak to be as attractive nor active. I want to say that SI is a better clan than Netjak but I would need to have been a part of both clans to really have a legitimate opinion...

I tried to say that somewhere there. My beliefs tend to go to another way. I think NJ and SI are the traditional clans, therefore they're #1 no matter what their situation is. It's probably like Banff, as much as I hate to admit it. Even if they're the suckiest server right now, it doesn't mean that they're, in virtue, the best server because they've brought the best players from there.

At mag: If you come to think about it, almost every good player has come from SI and NJ, which actually goes with my point about NJ and SI being traditional and stronger clans.

But I have been in netjak for its like 2 years actually maybe 3 now, and these last ones are its decreasing time, not as active as it was before my time and when I joined. Yet, it really is active and on each server too. Most of us just have jobs and school stuff ya know, and can't get on everyday, but we can get on and are active.

well there are the occasional good players who werent in SI or NJ, probably half of these are from legends and nearly all the rest, are in clans run by SI or NJ ex leaders, aka Omni and Absol and such. All the main leaders were in SI or NJ. I guess some came up from in those clans but its more or less the same thing.

Yeah qft, I would have to say that almost all of the "good" players have been through either of the clans while they were getting better at the game. In order to get good, you have to play good players, and most of them reside in either of these clans. ;)

What this shows is that you played a Netjak player that is not at the skill level that you play at simply showing that you are a better player than him.
