Not sure if this hasn't been done before..... is there a specific thread for these people? How about a hall of shame for each server in the server chat section? Only problem with this kind of post is, people with grudges might make up a story about how their enemy cheats so no-one plays them anymore... such as Timez_up who for no apparent reason hates me.....
