Help with signing in!!

i am trying to sign in on my server witch is Armageddon and it says "invalid user or password"

Now i've tried logging into the revelations server and it works perfectly, im logged in no problem.Now the problem is logging into my server! I've even tried to log onto the other servers but nothing worked, so what can i do?

Maybe your gold expiration has expired and your account was whiped. If so, you need to make yourself a new account on army.

More likely he upgraded a non-existent account on a server he never created the account on.

No i did not have gold on the legends server, i started off with Armageddon then i subscribed plus i payed the extra 10$ so there is no way my account could of been wiped.I am still able to log onto the revelation server.

Im not sure where it was but im 100% positive i payed it from this website, it was stated that if you payed 10$ you would not have to pay again, so i payed it through paypal.

There is no where on this site where that is an option.

When your $5 subscription account on Army expires, you maintain a permanent account on Rev. That account does not get wiped unless buested by a mod for an infraction.

And, again, there is no option to pay $10 to make one of the accounts on the three main servers permanent. None, as in zero.

If you did pay $10, it was not to TAO. This is why I am asking you to look at the information of where this money was sent to, so i can try and help you figure out what happened.

Your options at this point are to 1) look into your paypal and figure out what email address the $10 was sent to or 2) refuse, and just accept that you either got scammed or made a mistake.

Step 1 can figure out whats going on, step 2 just ends up with you getting no where.

Because you probably never created the account there to begin with.

I would suggest you immediately create the account there, and then check your Paypal/Email and get the maintenance code attached to the $10 payment, then send in a "help ticket"to: tao@digisonline.com

You were deleted or wiped. Judging by your attitude from rev yesterday, deleted.

You tried to log onto the other servers you said as well, you need to create an account there as well, not just one that works on all three.
