Conquest, the Game!

Recently some of my best friends (and Guild Wars mates) released a simultaneous turn-based online multiplayer strategy game called Conquest, and since TAO is a turn-based game involving tactics too I thought I'd share this with the community here because I'm sure its demands will be pleased by Conquest just as they (hopefully =p) were pleased by TAO.

The game is an indie student project and therefore free, but assures quality and rewards skillful use of available units and operations ;).

So, just find a friend/some friends and have fun! :D

well, as i said at the start, the game was just released so dont expect it to be crowded just yet...its best to ask a friend and play a few matches with them instead of waiting for randoms.

but if u cant be bothered to wait for a bit or ask a friend, then yeah...:)

as far as the unable-to-connect-to-server problem is concerned, i asked one of the creators and here's what he said:
"well, that's probably because of a firewall, not allowing access to port 5554 on ms1.conquest-game.com
they can also try pinging ms1.conquest-game.com if they can reach the master server"

the game is still being developed and improved, so every kind of feedback is greatly appreciated ;)

welp i won some games. finally. i think the game is fairly balanced. takes forever and ever to win sometimes.

once u get the full hang of it u either win (relatively) fast or lose (relatively :P) fast. ;)
