you would know its practically essential to lie to maintain a relationship. Girls get pissed about the smallest shit in the world...Girls who "get pissed about the smallest #### in the world" can't deal with those things, and are known as immature. Guys who have to lie constantly about such things because of some illegitimate fear that a girl can't handle truth is just as immature. Avoiding your problems is not a solution to them. Furthermore, if any single small lie comes out, it 1) gives huge reason to be upset, 2) shows a lack of trust in the relationship, and 3) can lead to degradation of the relationship.

I applaud you for your 2 year middle school puppy love relationship, but at some point you're going to need to realize that a healthy adult relationship is not based on "practically essential lies". It's based on open communication, trust, concern, and respect. It doesn't sound like you've had much of these things in your current relationship. In fact, I'd say you'd sooner foster misleading communication/lies, deception, technicalities (as if emotion cares about technicalities...), and disrespectful actions.

Now you may be a sweet guy otherwise - that's great - but when it comes to this relationship, I'd rather see you dump her then steal/lie to her. Poor girl. But hey, you're not actually interested in her as long as you physically get what you want, right?
