There's the link to the post mentioned by baseball boy. It definitely incorporates everything helpful about this thread and more. If you're looking for feedback on formations then I'd suggest posting there since it's a more well establish post with many more views. The idea is that there's not point in having more than one post performing the same function. Try using the search function to see if anything like your post has already been created before you post.
