Breast augmentation surgery is becoming more and more common operation. Although stastically women who elect to have the surgery have a greater tendency towards depression and low self esteem, it no longer is restricted to pornstars and strippers.

Personally I find it interesting that society perceives augmenting the penis as much more taboo than augmenting breasts. Why is this more acceptable?

They cut a tendon to have this extension done. For anyone with any penile control during sex it's a total loss of function in that regard. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, look up "kegel exercises" and do both you and your woman a huge favour:).)

I would no longer be able to make mine "jump" or have proper "clamp" control when I want to make sure she goes bananas before I do :p As far as I'm concerned I have more than enough real estate already.
