No, once Pakistan launches their nukes, India will respond. The ensuing fallout will kill of the majority of the population in both countries. Within a generation there will be very few left.
The good news is that many US companies will be forced to relocate their call centers into the poor parts of many of the US inner cities Instead of talking to Habib, you will talk to Little G Funk.

Yeah, but India has like twice as many nukes and is way larger. If India went and nuked the 50% of Pakistan that was most populated and managed to get high ranking officials in the government which is very probable, Pakistan would be in chaos.
