So i'm thinking of hitting up this club tonight

And the dress code says no Velour

I'm wearing these pants that could quite possibly be velour -- they're diesel and they feel like velvety material, but i don't see velour anywhere on the tags or whatever.... that's irrelevant i guess, because what im trying to figure out is why they would ban velour anyways if they allow jeans..

Can it be used to make a bomb or something?

It's happened before.

I've tried to put it out of my mind. And i believe you mean ignite. Not ignore. Nobody ignores my awesome velour diesel pants.

My cousin and his dad wear those kind of pants..and sometimes the jacket. They say if you don't have a picture of Frank Sinatra in your wallet you're not allowed to wear them. (we're a very italian family..)

Kind of a weird coincidence that you made this thread tonight... I just went to a club for the first time last night...

Wear the pants and if they try and kick you out feign an inability to speak English.

This will work best if you have a beautiful woman on each arm.

Velour just generally looks bad. It's also an excuse for them to keep d-bags out.

Why people don't want to allow velour

Throw away your pants and wear tasteful jeans. Or don't and stay at home.

Punishment, do you club down in AC by any chance? Not exactly sure where you're from but I see those velour in the clubs down there all the time. Mostly people from South Philly from what I hear.

Best of who? They are all tools. If your a tool there is no "best", except for your imagination of course.

They're nice jeans!

They're a good brand and they fit fairly well!

They just happen to feel funny when people rub them. And girls will rub them. Because they're on me. maybe. i hope.. someday... :(

The friction from jumping into them can cause a spark to ignite thus killing everyone in your vicinity.

I think cordoroy is worse. Ever heard someone with big thighs walking with cordoroy pants on? It's a wonder they don't start a fire.

They look like regular brown pants. They just feel like velour. I don't even know if they are..
