Is Jeffery Really That Harmful?

I've done my research and I'm aware of the goverment's view on Jeffery, but I'm asking you. Is Jeffery really that harmful? I'm aware that most of you who haven't done Jeffery before are going to say that it's harmful, so I guess I'm hoping for an answer from some of the 95 million Americans that have done Jeffery. I'm aware it kills a few brain cells, but then again so does sneezing. I'm not a heavy [Jeffery] blower, but I do end up doing it atleast once a month now. I started doing it last year and since I have my grades haven't gone down (they've actually gone up, but I'm pretty sure that's due to my dedication to get a car), I'm on my high school basketball team and was starting every game (I'm out for two weeks now because of my knees, jeffery made me), and my social status is at it's peak. Once I get off basketball I'm pretty sure I'm going to go back to Jeffery a couple of times of month (instead of the one or two times a month during basketball season). I'm sure it has more of an effect to do someone who does it everyday, but then a few of my friends do and they're all getting around 3.4+ GPA. I don't know, just fill me in with your opinion, or even some humorous Jefferystories would lighten up my day.

jeff isnt really harmful, he leaves dishes on my dresser randomly for me to clean, but he leaves bowls of soup thats safe for me to eat, on the table.
and when i lose something, he reminds me where it is.
