i lost my gold account

i signed up 4 a gold account and was enjoying it but the next day i tried to get on and it said my username was false

its been like 2 days now and i still can get on
id start a new account but i just payed the 5 bucks soooo...

is there anything i could do to get it back or anything????
plus now with the mud golem i wont get im really mad!:mad:

is it possible that my banff was swithched to armageddon
when i check armageddon it doesnt say invalid name but the server is full so i ont know if its my account or not
