Blud i think you are making a mistake here..., they had playing a lot of tourney in Legends, it is not fair to DQ them cause they are friends and play sometmies from a same computer...
what happened if one day Reymo go to a library to play from one computer, without number one with him.... And suddenly another day number_One go and play in the same library and in the same computer... they gonna have a same IP... i they must to be warned, but not DQ. It is not an intentional thing from them...

That's kind of entirely your fault though. Both Hatchet(And I think meat too) said several times that it doesn't matter if you live with/near/inside/are a conjoined twin/foetus of anothe rplayer in the tournament or you met each other in a bar and thigns got wild and you decided to go home and play a tourney together all night long firece and passionately. Only one thing has to be consistent. If you may end up on the same IP as another player in the tourney. PM him and let him know beforehand. You may not have seen his posts saying so but that's your fault not his so you're just gonna have to pray he forgives you and lets you back in.

But basically you being out is entirely justified giving the situation. I hope you make it back in but there's no way in hell anyone can feel d;qing you is unjust.

I don't believe this has been an issue before, but I think it is worth being clear about to avoid any problem in the future. If someone is going to play on a computer that is not a personal computer, they should announce that ahead of time, just to be safe.

As much as this tournament doesn't need any more controversy, this needs to be brought up and better now than later.

I really don't think trades should be allowed between round 1 and round 2. The losers in round 1 have very little to lose, and could make blatantly uneven trades to a team that won round 1 either out of spite towards individual players or towards the team that beat them or who knows what. I think it would be most fair to not allow any further trades.

I could have healed, moved, lots of options. The scout death I totally don't understand and have no recollection of. I passed, said 'wait' in game and tried to convince the dude behind me to give me a few more minutes. At that point, he said 'no' to me and I tried to tell Zeus that I had to go. The Tamil guy then manually caused a d/c and I left.

Second, Zeus didn't confirm the time I PMed him with until the day of when I saw his message telling me that he would be on from 10-11am, so I managed to show up at the time he said and our most recently agreed-upon-ish time since I had given him a bad conversion and he had never actually looked up how to convert times.

Finally, I gave weekend times too. I'm on a phone right now, but I will offer the same times, 8-9:30 pm today and sunday for me. Convert it yourself this time.. I'm GMT +5.5.

If Bax wants to be the bigger man in this and give it away, that is perfectly fine, but taking back and setting up properly, there is no advantage zeus had and this game is set evenly. That much should be said.

I don't understand this D/C misclick garbage that you guys are getting worked up about. When I play an I d/c or misclick, I expect to either instantly lose or at least instantly face a disadvantage. And I don't complain nor frown when this happens. Why? Because I screwed up and don't expect to be compensated for my own damn mistakes. Unless I take a s/s that shows me outright winning without a doubt...then I am liable for the loss. Grow up.

I'd like to bring a little class back to how you're speaking here xEaglex. As a captain, I really expected better behavior. I'm going to try and sum it up respectfully.

1. Not accusing him of playing while I was passing. I'm saying that on the last turn, he may have missed the fact that I passed and said 'wait.' It is an honest mistake rather than a malicious one. If he chooses to discount that, then so be it.

2. He didn't confirm the time I requested until I had logged on to see at the time he requested. More importantly, his PM stated that he would be there at 10am his time, which he was not.

This is the message I recieved upon waking:

Good Abhi, I will be here even earlier since I've got some business to attend at the office (the only place where I can plat ). I will be on since 10:00am ET waiting for you...see ya soon bro!!

I was there at his time 9:30 as he had asked and I stayed on an hour past 10am.

This isn't malicious in any way. If Zeus wants to replay it exactly as it is in the s/s I'm willing to. If he wants to take the DQ win, that is fine too. I just wished to point out my side of the story as well.

Scheduled game? I gave you a list of possible times, and you failed to send me a confirmation message. Then, I send you ANOTHER message. You finally reply to that, after several days...with a single time that I cannot be available. I send you a reply with my next available time(s) + the ones on the weekend...and you don't reply...again. Then, you finally reply after I'm offline and gone for the night. A HORRIBLE job on your part, Flaw, for scheduling a game.

Secondly, your sarcastic tone for him responding in a respectful manner is unwarranted as well. After his first post regarding the game, you immediately began insulting him, my favorite being, "Grow up." Yet he calmly and non-confrontationally replied, and attempted to clarify his previous comments. If that's not respectful, I'm not sure what would be.

In regards to the game, all abhi was stating, in the big picture, is that Zeus missed one of his last in-game messages, which was responsible for his last turn. He's not claiming Zeus maliciously ignored it, but simply think he missed the comment. Hopefully, we can wait for Zeus's recollection and confirmation.

Also, abhi has desperately been attempting to complete his game under a tight schedule. Their game yesterday was played under one of Zeus's windows, which is partially responsible for the disconnection. I believe if Zeus can be available for one of abhi's times this weekend, the game should easily be completed. I don't think either team wants the concession.

Now I know you're pulling a fast one on me. Your registration IP addresses for this tournament are in entirely different regions of Germany. Even Reymo's posts from YESTERDAY are from his respective region and now they magically combined today.

If you were next door neighbors, your registration IP's would have been entirely similar (we're talking 3/4 digits, here), and I would have asked you about your location to one another previously. As it was, you have very different respective IP's.

I actually confronted HK about this on Rev saying he was too quick to jump the gun, trying to defend you from getting DQ'd (because I had already IP connected the two of you together from the past), but went on assumption that you were smart enough to not play on each others accounts for tournaments. How incredibly disappointing (ps: How were you playing each other for Lieu's on the same computer?? ;))

As much as this tournament doesn't need any more controversy, this needs to be brought up and better now than later.

I really don't think trades should be allowed between round 1 and round 2. The losers in round 1 have very little to lose, and could make blatantly uneven trades to a team that won round 1 either out of spite towards individual players or towards the team that beat them or who knows what. I think it would be most fair to not allow any further trades.

You may substitute your own reason for the anger/jealousy instead of hairdo(it just won't be as fun)

Well when you lsoe in round 1 all you can achieve is third place. Which is no great comfort to anyone really. Say The Shamwows beat Victorious Secret and Birds of Prey beat 13itch Please. Now AFO might not care about beating Bax's team but may be very sore about losing to Mav's. He could agree to some dodgy dealings with Eagle and give him all his big names in exchange for a bunch of low picks and inactive players form Eagles team. This would lead to massively imbalanced teams and most probably Eagle's team winning. In a pretty unfair way. So Mith is suggesting no trades between round 1 and 2.

I have a couple issues with this..

First and foremost, those S/S aren't accurate cause I passed while talking to the Tamil-speaking dude who I was arguing with, and then d/ced.. I even said 'wait' prior to the leaving messages. I could have healed, moved, lots of options. The scout death I totally don't understand and have no recollection of. I passed, said 'wait' in game and tried to convince the dude behind me to give me a few more minutes. At that point, he said 'no' to me and I tried to tell Zeus that I had to go. The Tamil guy then manually caused a d/c and I left.

Second, Zeus didn't confirm the time I PMed him with until the day of when I saw his message telling me that he would be on from 10-11am, so I managed to show up at the time he said and our most recently agreed-upon-ish time since I had given him a bad conversion and he had never actually looked up how to convert times.

Finally, I gave weekend times too. I'm on a phone right now, but I will offer the same times, 8-9:30 pm today and sunday for me. Convert it yourself this time.. I'm GMT +5.5.

If Bax wants to be the bigger man in this and give it away, that is perfectly fine, but taking back and setting up properly, there is no advantage zeus had and this game is set evenly. That much should be said.

First and foremost, those S/S aren't accurate cause I passed while talking to the Tamil-speaking dude who I was arguing with, and then d/ced.. I even said 'wait' prior to the leaving messages. I could have healed, moved, lots of options. The scout death I totally don't understand and have no recollection of. I passed, said 'wait' in game and tried to convince the dude behind me to give me a few more minutes. At that point, he said 'no' to me and I tried to tell Zeus that I had to go. The Tamil guy then manually caused a d/c and I left.

Second, Zeus didn't confirm the time I PMed him with until the day of when I saw his message telling me that he would be on from 10-11am, so I managed to show up at the time he said and our most recently agreed-upon-ish time since I had given him a bad conversion and he had never actually looked up how to convert times.

Finally, I gave weekend times too. I'm on a phone right now, but I will offer the same times, 8-9:30 pm today and sunday for me. Convert it yourself this time.. I'm GMT +5.5.

If Bax wants to be the bigger man in this and give it away, that is perfectly fine, but taking back and setting up properly, there is no advantage zeus had and this game is set evenly. That much should be said.

You never passed the turn to me before leaving; instead you moved your furgon to protect your 14HP scout in between those shrubs there. I proceeded into taking your scout with MY SCOUT (the one two tiles away from my knight). There was no “wait” prior to leaving messages, just an apology that you had to leave. All of the above means that your healing, or moving somewhere else with your units are not a valid statement.

About those screenshots not being confirmed until the day that we had to play, you are also wrong. It is not your fault, you weren't required to show up at 10AM for an 11AM game (and you didn't), but by saying you would do so you gave him some leeway which he was forced to take advantage of due to his ever changing schedule.

As for the game, I have no idea what happened, but take a chill pill. The screenshots are the only evidence regardless of his claims, and I doubt you two will be able to get your game in today, which is the last day of the round. You're going to advance, not him.

If you or anyone on your team has shared an account or might have their IP logged into another participants account, you must let myself, Mag AND Meat know (ALL of us).

The tournament has now officially begun, so anyone who shares accounts from this point forward will be punished accordingly. Those who notify us about past shared IP's will be exempt for their past actions.

Failure to notify us will be no excuse, and will be treated as though a fresh infraction. Automatic DQ from PSST4 will take place, and possible further TAL sanctions; including but not limited to temporary TAL ban, deduction of TAL points, or permaban.

Best way to handle this is let your captains know, and have them contact us with a list of users who have or might have shared accounts in the near past. If you have any worries about this, it's better to ask a question than stay silent and risk screwing over your team becuase you didn't speak up.
