Big Simple Tourney 3. The Return!

Before we start out, I would just like everyone to know the tournament was origanally made up and ran by X-Useme. Here is the origanal thread. (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25112&highlight=Big+Simple+Tourney)
This tournament was a big hit last time it was run, so i thought I would bring it back and see if the champions can retain their titles.
These rules are copied directly from the origanal thread.

Rules

-There are three divisions: Turtle, Freestyle, Grey.

-People sign up for each category and only play matches of that style.

-There will be three separate winners, one for each category.

-You only get one chance, if you lose, you're out.

-Each person may sign up for only one category.

- Alpha Rules will be used for the turtle matches.
If you and your opponent can both agree on an old school turt, be my guest.

-No drops are allowed to be used in any divisions.

Example

Let’s say 32 people sign up for Turtle.

In round 1, there would be 16 matches played, so there would be 16 remaining players.
In round 2, there would be 8 matches played, so there would be 8 remaining players.
In the quarter-finals, there would be 4 matches played, so there would be 4 remaining player.
In the semi-finals, there would be 2 matches played, so there would be 2 remaining players.
In the finals, there would be 1 match played, so there will be 1 final winner.

This will determine the BST Turtle Champion, the BST Freestyle Champion, and the BST Grey Champion.

To determine the BST Overall Champion, these three players will play each other in a face-off that will be announced later.


Clans

To add a little spice to the tournament, I have decided to put each player’s clan by their name. This is not meant to make it a battle of the clans in any way, shape, or form. The reason for this gesture is that there is a good player in every clan that is sometimes underestimated due to his or her clan. By adding the clan of each player, spectators will be shocked to see what fabulous players some of these lesser clans have. This will also give bigger clans some new meat for recruitment.

If you are in more than one clan, choose one of them to represent.

Important Notes

If you are in a match and your opponent happens to d/c, take a screenshot of the match. Post it in the thread with a description of how the match was going, as well as what color you were. From hearing both sides of the story, I will decide upon a rematch depending on whether or not the player had a definite lead.

Since this is an individual tournament, I will have no problem disqualifying you if you do not play your matches in time. In the case that 1 player consistently tries to find their opponent, but the opponent is no where to be found; an exception will most likely be made.

All brackets and byes will be determined randomly. I will not pair up any two players to make the games more interesting.

Two things: One, not every section will have the same quantity of rivals. I'm sure Turtle won't have more than 24 as grey might have more than 32. So competition for Grey would be a lot more tough than Turtle and so on. I don't know with what criteria you're running this, but it is evident that those in Grey will have a hard time winning due the quantity and quality of rivals.

Secondly, please take a list of people d/c'ed. People think it's quite fancy to join tourneys and drop them. I'd suggest you give that list to HK so he can give them a proper treating so they learn not to sign up in tourneys when they can't/won't play.

By the way, I'm glad to see it's 3 of us in HA (and most surprisingly that A-69 is with us. :)).

I agree that larger division may be harder but it really doesn't matter because there will be a face-off at the end with all three champions.

Well HK gave me the heads up that I can start whenever..
