Alrighty people, you know how all this works.

Basic outline of how it will run is that there will be 3 "mini tourneys" for the styles.
Match ups will be random, done by some noob site.
Single elimination.
Top 3 of each style get TAL points.
The 3 winners will then face of in a best of 3 styles round. "Round Robin grey - turt - free" which the winner will recieve more TAL.
:)

Extentions will be giving to those who are both trying to get there game in but can't find a good time.
Deadline: 3/3/09 -- At round 12pm GMT+11.

comments: was a fun game, luck was bad for both of us at different times.
I got a knight side block to start, and then a knight frontal block witht he same knight (-165 blocking after that) That same knight later blocked another side hit.
But, his knights couldn't miss my other knights. He could 2 frontals with no blocking modifiers, one to kill a knight, another to take it down to 8.

He had a central DSM rush,against my anti. but his DT was directly infront of my DT, so i just started blasting. He got a DT side block with +24 modifer to save it, which aloud him to get another burn with the DSM
So at that time is was sweating, my knights being 30, 30, 10, and i had lost a scout just to get the DT, with his mud floating around my base.
I got the mud before he could get my cleric, and was able to move it out of the way before he could get a scout in to kill it. He brought in his DSM (now a pyro) , and i positioned my knight back behind it, and mud quaked to kill it to set up positioning to get his cleric in 2 turns, which he didn't realize.

It was my 18 knight, scout, mud, DT , cleric, 42 forst vs his 3 knights and 2 scouts. ONe of his knights was back in my base, and i got it with a side hit at 57%, which was nice. I dealt as much damage as i could with mud/DT before he got the mud. He had a scout at 21, 14, knight at 10, and full knight left. I had lost my scout, but still had the DT. so i brought frost up, forcing him to bring in the scouts. I killed the knight with my remaining knight, and got a scout. he was forced to bring in his last knight to get at my frost, but i cornered his scout so he couldn't hit my frost, and paralyzed the knight. next turn i took the socu with my DT for the win.

Ugh, yes its all true, everything EB said. He came bak and took it right out from under me, like takin candy from a baby, thought i was lookin good, real good. But, EB's superior skills and he just flat out, out played me, turned this game into a monumental win, for his journey through the BST.

Hm.. What should we do with expectdeath?. I'll explain our situation. I was out of the city from 23th to 27th, something i did comment in a few tourneys. Last friday i answered to ED pm by visitor message since his pm box was full. He response this, the same friday:I can't play this weekend Ragnarth. I wish you would have responded to my p/m's earlier. Playoffs for my hockey team are this weekend, so I won't have much time to get on here (if any at all). Maybe I'll be able to play sometime this week, but it is Spring Break for me and I'd like to spend some time with my friends/family.

Hm... so, if you can tell me what time is good for you, do it. I can play everyday from 2 pm to 9 pm till the deadline. Gmt-3.

And that was my answer, the same day. After than that i've not heard anything from him. And it's been 6 days since that.

Solingro missed our first scheduled time last week, so i had sent him a PM that night. I didn't get any reply this weekend, until yesterday afternoon asking if we could play that night at 11pm my time. I had too much i needed to do and i wasn't able to clear my schedule for last night, so we weren't able to play then either. He sent me a PM last night suggesting we play wednesday at 11pm my time, but i think that's past the deadline(always had trouble with such a large gap in timezones as to figuring out which day it is in Australia :p )

Rag, I think you did a good job trying to make me look like the bad guy. I told you that I wouldn't be able to play over the weekend, and into this week because of hockey playoffs. You weren't able to play all last week, so we were both at fault. I am not able to play today because my router is on the fritz, and I have family problems that I have to deal with right now. I guess today is the last day, but if you're trying to get JUST ME d/q'd I think that is wrong. I was on for pretty much ALL of last week, and anyone that spent any time on Rev could vouch for that.

He said he was unavailable this wekend, not that "he was not sure". He said he had hockey games or training so there was no way he could game you. And he said that he could MAYBE play you this week, but that he wanted to be with his friends and family. His PM wasn't useless, whether you want to see it that way or not is another thing.

Seems like both are at fault to me. If ED was on early in the week and Rag is on on the weekend then why couldn't you guys communicate this? In all the PM's ive seen there really isn't much scheduling going on....

But with that being said, ED does sound like he tried to schedule early on and Rag didn't respond? (atleast thats what im seeing). Now take it from me I did the same exact thing to bax because I was out at the lake house for a week straight... Luckily I popped on and he was in rev and we were able to get our game in. But if not I should of def got the d/q for not setting up a match when your really supposed to on day #1.

Also i said it was useless because he did not gave me any time to play, he basically said i can't play till next round. Which is useless to me.
