Today I went and bought a prepaid Master Card to upgrade. The site for it is www.netspend.com . I entered all the information properly and it said they dont accept these cards????
I have a PayPal account and it only has 1$ on it. Is there anywa I can become Gold? Can I send someone money?

There is no official mailin program for TAO. Sorry. If you look around, you might find someone willing to take a mailed payment and make the upgrade......

I've used the Netspend cards before. The problem may be that the card itself has not been confirmed yet.

You could try making a payment to your own Paypal account using the credit card. Once the money is in Paypal, TAO will accept it.
