You need a revelations account to participate in this tournament (and all TAL approved tournaments).

Not only that, but a big part of the randomized units are going to be gold units; you defenetly need a rev account. Maybe someone can borrow one to you.

Players with non-gold forum accounts under 50 posts are being IP checked in order to prevent players using two accounts from entering.

You are thus being IP checked and would be allowed in if HK finds out you are not a secondary or someone who is TAL banned. Just give it some time and you'll be in.

All of the greys are cleared for now - a few matching IP's with other accounts but none that have tried signing up for this tournament. I need them to post their revelations name though, to confirm they have access to a gold. Beigurl09 is the exception here because I can see her on rev right now. :p
