I just payed for a gold account upgrade on my account Flurried Rains in the Great Lakes Server. Since the credit card had expired on PayPal it asked me to renew it. I hit skip and then pressed "Pay" before reading "payment may take 3-5 days to complete" or something along those lines. The problem is, my grey account expires in four days. What will happen if my account expires before the payment is completed? Thanks in advance for your help.

maybe you will pay 5.00 for no reason IDK you should of gotten your credit card renewed if it said it would expire

Wow that would solve all his problems pay the damn money for no reason...

Well; what I would try and do is remake the account the SECOND it expires, but mine didn't even take 3 days so don't sweat it out.

Lol, and I guess thanks to Nerd as well. Only it was my parents credit card and they couldn't figure out how to put in a new credit card or something... but whatever.

Check to see if the card expires before paying that way you don't screw up

The payment itself is still made to TAO before then.It just takes 3-5days for the transaction to complete, but TAO will have gotten the money up front.

However, the transaction does rely on you have money available before it is completed. If you don;t have a valid credit card or bank account to complete the transaction, Paypal takes the money back from TAO.

And when that happens,TAO basically just deleted your account, because they never actually got to keep the money.
