Street Tournament Sign-ups

Welcome to my street tournament. There are only two rules, and those rules are simple.

1. No defensive units (see below)

2. Each group will vote on a certain unit, and the unit that receives the most votes will not be able to be used.

Now, as you probably have noticed, I used the word "group" rather than "match." I am going to try a somewhat new concept here. It was actually used by Spor in the first running of the tourney, and sort of by Lieu...but I haven't seen it used very often. There will be 8 groups of equal numbers of people (I'm hoping for 4+ per group) and the winner from each group (after all the people have played, round robin style) will move on. The top 8 will play single-elimination, with one person coming out on top. I haven't decided yet whether I'll seed the entrants or not. It would be somewhat hard to seed, as bombing isn't a popular game choice, but it would also suck to have, say, Prof and Sniper in one group.

And on a last note, obviously you can't be TAL banned. And if you are going to use a rev account different in name than your forum account, it'd probably be good to include it.

Cap of 32 is lifted, deciding to go another way with trying to make tournaments go quicker. I'll leave the exact deadline for signups up to Kinged, but it should be within 5ish days, unless he still wants to start this tomorrow.

Eh you could also make the leagues a bit bigger, that's what Mag was PM'ing you. We discussed your tourney a bit since I approved it before Greens came about. Just wanted to throw a what if option out there for you.
