All eligible people that are on the bench this week were thrown into a hat and randomly selected to play each other. Yes, you could play someone on your own team.
If you agree on a style to play, you may play it. If not, the default style is Freestyle.
Winners will receive 1 point.
Losers will receive 0 points.
A win by disqualification results in +.5 points.
A loss by disqualification results is -.5 points.
Losing a bench game does not remove you from the tournament; you are still active in your roster. Bench game outcomes can only affect your Bench Score.
NEW!: If uneven bench participants, one participant will be assigned, at random, two games with the ability to get twice the bench points! This round, ~SLAYER~ was the lucky selection!
Highest Bench score at the end of the tournament wins the 6th Man Award and 4 TAL Points!

hey man, looks like bax accepted the challenge.

I have a test on wednesday that will require quite a bit of preparation, so i'd like to play after that, if at all possible. I am listing some available time on thursday, though friday, saturday or sunday would be my preference, if you can manage. And, for that matter, i would prefer to not schedule it for sunday if possible, just in case we have trouble with our game and need to schedule a replay time.

It's cool, none of you shits EVER own up to losing. It's ALWAYS luck. It's not like the other person can control what or what not they hit/block. Sure, Mav, I'm sure his luck greatly contributed to his victory but WHO CARES. Let it be and save yourself what little respect you have left. Hey ED, as you are aware, we are playing each other in round 2 game 1 for PSST4. My time zone is PDT and I believe that puts me at 3 hours behind you. If that is right, I cannot play at any of the times that you have given me unless you are going to be available at least 30 minutes - 1 hour after your latest posted times to start our game. I usually get home from school at about 6:00 PM my time, making that 2:30 hours later then any time that you posted. However, I can probably skip my last class for a day and be home by around 4:00 PM my time.

Just to make this simpler, here are a list of times that I can be available IF we schedule ahead of time. The listings are in PDT.

4:00 PM - 11:00 PM Monday - Thursday
4:30 PM - 6:00 PM Friday
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Saturday - Sunday (These times may be flexible but we would need to schedule.)

Overall, it was a fun game. Started off with my wardless corner against his warded center. We both came on strong and rushed into each other's bases. Unfortunately, by second turn he had a side shot on my scout, while I only was able to hit his knight. I managed to trade my witch for a knight. However, it left one of my knights at low health, which I moved in without realizing. Thus, I went for his chanty, allowing him to freeze both of my knights and pick one off before I could kill it with my scout. I then brought around my other knight, and with the combination of my two knights and scout, I was able to kill one of his other knights, witch, and cleric. However, this left both of my knights and scout at low healths. Simultaneously, while I had been working in his base, he used his final knight that he had flanked my set with in the beginning, to pick off my sassy, chanty, and cleric. This result left just my two pyros and was in the opposite corner of where my knights/scout were. From here, I thought I had it. His sassy was one hit away from death, although one of my knights was as well, scout full for him, and a full knight. Whereas, my knights were both two hits, my scout three (from scout/sassy), and pyros full. But a stupid move on my part gave his sassy a spot to hit both my knight and scout. He got the first hit on both, putting them at one hit (knight) and two hits (scout). I wasted the next turn with a pyro burn, thinking I'd get the knight to block and kill sassy (no blocking) in the next turn. Yet the sassy hit both, finishing my one knight. So, I went for a side shot on his sassy with my scout, who had just blocked, and it blocked, allowing him to pick off my scout. And with my knight at 21, I couldn't move into his LW range. So, I returned to my pyros and burned his knight a few times, thanks to a couple of blocks, putting it at 17. He finished both off within the next couple of turns and left my knight at bay to his scout/BW/LW combo. Then he was just able to pick at it from a safe distance. In my opinion, it should have come down to his scout against my knight and scout, but some key end-game hits/blocks went his way. Either way, it was a good game. At least I didn't get slaughtered by him, like I did in the AL vs. NJ 12 War two years ago :p! Thanks for the game, bud. You definitely have the skill of a captain. I'll get ya next time! Hey we got paired up for the psst4 tourny.

Times I can be one are,

Monday: 4:00-7:00 bo
Tuesdays: 4:00-7:00
Wednesday: 5:00-7:00
Thursday: 5:00-7:00
Friday: 4:00-7:00
and weekends is random So I don't know.

My time is GMT-4 and the times are pm, they're also the times I can be on but I might not be on. Well thats my normal schedule, this week is spring break and I'm not going anywhere so I should have more time.

UPDATE: still no wisher, the IM he/she sent said not to wait if it was 1/2 an hour late and that is now... I am gonna stick around till my GF gets home then its back to trying to schedule another game

UPDATE #2: It is 45 minutes past the scheduled time and my GF id more interesting than waiting around when someone said not to so I will try to schedule with wisher again but my only free time is a some Friday after work but before going out and Sunday morning. I hope I don't get screwed again...

Yep. Eagle went up early when he jumped all over a horrendous mistake on my part, and it looked like he was going to have me for the majority of the game. I managed to take advantage of him retreating an injured knight and scout and managed to get back in the game. Game ended with my 16 sassy, 18 knight, and full knight, against his 7 HP knight, full knight, and full witch, both us of having wards. Good game eagle.
