Well, we don't. And based on that video alone, there's no real way we could even say he's American. The only reason I know he's American is because you just said so.

Also, what do you think of him? You made the thread and found the video, so you must be pretty interested in him. What's your opinion of this fascinating American guy and his job? Hell, why do you even care what his job is, and if he's rich?

I doubt the first use of pie dough was actually to make circular "pies" (as we know them). I would wager it was used in pastries of sorts before "pies" were actually created. But I wonder if it was even called pie dough at the time.

Well I can't take all the credit here...I was just helping out my 11 year old son doing some homework before logging on here and the topic was of all things circles....you know Radius, circle and Pi...but he spelled it Pie....quite a coincidence don't ya think?
