GRAVE DIGGA!

These guys are what they are, grave diggas, they are pale in countenance and have a sombre look to their faces...one could mistake them for zombies if not careful. they are slightly hunched over with a shovel in one hand and a small lantern in the other. They have a decently powerful swing of their shovels.. but have a neat little special attack that can send enemies to an untimely demise.

Gravedigga stats

HP: 39
POWER:19
ARMOR: 0%
BLOCKING: 55%
MOVEMENT:4
RANGE :1
RECOVERY: 1

While you can see why they are not ultra dreaded as a mele fighter they do have one unique talent...

DIGGIN GRAVES!

The gravedigga can digg a grave on any unoccupied space and as long as the opponent is on a tile ajacent to the gravesite the gravedigger next turn can swing his shovel...and if he connects and the opponent is BETWEEN the gravedigga and the grave that unit will fall i nthe grave and BE DONE... THATS IT DONE!

*gravedigga can only have 1 open gravesite at a time*

if you chose to digg another grave the old one will cover over with dirt.

kinda hard to pull off this manouver on knights unless they are frozen...but not bad for high recovery units like dragons you can run up to them while they are in recovery.. digg a grave.... run to the apropriate side and attempt to knock them in the grave..... knock effect only happens if the grave is behind the enemy and the enemy is in front of you.

G=grave
GD= grave digga
E= enemy

SUCCSESFUL GRAVEDIGGA SPECIAL MOVE LOOKS LIKE THIS

GEGD so the enemy has to be sandwiched between the grave and gravedigga to be a sucess...

*whisps are immune as are barrier and Lightning wards.*

So if the Grave Digga attack is blocked then the unit isn't sent to the grave?

Seems to me the best way to use the special is to dig a grave in front of the intended target then get behind them and hit them in the back.

Yup if it is blocked the gravediggers special is not triggered...

So yes that tatic of digging a grave in front of a unit and then while it is still in recovery move to the back is a good tactic.. and very feasable with 4 movement...

Problem is the opponent can thwart this several ways
1) blocking your gravedigger from moving there
2) standing an addtional unit in front of the unit nearest grave so that the digger cannot push the other unit down the grave.
