Gold accounts not being activated?

I'm wondering if the golds aren't being activated because I was upgraded over 3 times and i'm still not gold so if anyone knows if the upgrade system if down, or if something else is wrong. Please inform me of what you know.

I thought, the upgrade system is "manually" by administrators. Well, my gold account in Armageddon went to grey, i have upgraded it and i had wait two and a half day to the regold. Your account will be upgraded soon, just be patient.

yea it is manually done, just waite ill be done, most likely serg has not got connected yet but once he does ill get golded.

What server, what account name, and when did you upgrade? Also, how much did you pay for the upgrade?

Serg does them manually. It's usually the first thing he does every morning. However he's not in the office or on TAO at all most weekends. So if you upgrade sometime after Friday morning, you'll wait until Monday.

Accounts are upgraded every day including weekends. If it is not upgraded in 24hrs then something is wrong and you should write a ticket to support. Never upgrade an account more than once as you will just waste your money.
