Well, i have created and upgraded an account in GL, is allready gold but when i try to log in rev it either says invalid name and password (if i just put the info just like that) or connection refused (if i try to "create it"). May i know why is that or do the rev server's gold accounts are not received anymore?
Transaction details can be send to the staff on request just in case somebody needs them.
Many thanks for the help.

Is your account name Sir Carlo on GL?

No, Sir Carlo Mondragon is my grey and my gold is called Beowulf, wich seems to be the problem. I can log in rev in some other shared account so thats not the problem.

You're not banned from the server, the account is active, and there no logins ever recorded on Beowulf on Revelation.
Please open up your Paypal page, get your subscription number and submit a General Support ticket here (http://www.tacticsarena.com/gold/support.php) explaining the issue. Include your IP address in the ticket for his confirmation of matching accounts.

Your cousin playing could explain a "Connection Refused" message, since only 1 account per IP address is allowed on any server at any time. However it wouldn't explain an "Invalid Username/Password" message.
The ticket will go directly to our administrator, Serg. It will give him all the necessary information he will need to help you.
Hey HK thanks for the help for this nubtard and yeah we are cousins , thats cerberus from legends.
Just one thing, we dont play at the same time but we do use the same ip to connect from, its my library.
I can give you our ip: 192.168.1.64, as of our system is a dsl so every computer changes it a little bit.

*sigh*
I'll give the IP to serg manually. Another ticket will just confuse him.

OMAR, that's not your true IP address. Use the website I linked, it'll give you your unmasked IP address. PM it to me if you wish to keep it private. Or, if you're on the same connection right now, I can pull it from your forum posts.
189.159.103.6 , both on from different computers, but like i said before , if i check from some other one it shows one different to others, ive tried ping it and it does the same. ;)
Odds are the account already existed, sucks for you, use a less generic name next time.

Alright. Just for your information, any IP that starts with 192 is a masked IP address. ;)

The 192. is a LAN IP not your WAN IP.
TAO only allows one connection per WAN IP. You could have a million computers behind your router, and they would still use the same WAN IP.

Thanks to Jeff for being more technical. ;)
