I've upgraded to gold before on army using the same name, but when i try now it seems to come up with a syntax error when i try! it might be simple, and i cant find the solution, anyone have the same issue or know the fix? :unsure:

Well, If I were you i would make a new account..But what I'd do before that is really paying close atention to the name and seeing exactly what I put. Just check and see if ya got some grammar mistakes and stuff.

If that doesn't work.

Make a new one?

thanks for the help! i wouldn't put it past me to use bad grammar! :]

It's not the grammar, i just checked, comes up with DB syntax error when i use the ' in my name, which has never occured before :s

syntax error = words so fairly sure :P
if it comes up with math error then who knows :confused:

Your best solution to this problem would be using a different credit card. It is highly in doubt that there is nothing wrong with the account username. If you do not have a different credit card, try contacting your card company.

Actually, this is an OLD error. Names with the " ' " in them cause trouble.

The surprising part is that you managed to do an upograde using one before.......

If you have upgraded before using that name, perhaps you could use the subscription number from it to send in a general ticket to serg.

Couldn't find the number to send the ticket, but i'm not losing much sleep over it :p just drop the ' and job done in the end
