Seriously. Only allow people who play at least one stat-based game per week onto the Top 100. It would get rid of the many inactive players who clutter the rankings and encourage some activity.

EDIT: Well, I was scrolling through those rankings, and even those include the people who just logged on or played statless games, which happen to make up a majority of each of the servers' Top 100.
