My payment for upgrading my account cleared, but i was not upgraded. So i talked to one of the mods on the game, they said to fill out a ticket with the subscription number and what not, but it said the subscription number was invalid, so if the payment cleared then why isn't the subscription number invalid?:confused:

Try doing it around 2 more times. I know when I sent him tickets the sub # was in-valid sometimes too, retrying it and it worked. If that doesn't work, cancel the upgrade then re-upgrade the account.

You likely entered the subscription number wrong. Try it again, and if that fails, send serg a private message including your subscription number, and have a moderator direct him to it.

Pretty sure a mod can do everything I just told him, and considering that I was a mod from February 2006 until like, 2 weeks ago, I can still forward serg to his message if he goes that route.

It takes up to 2 business days for your account to upgrade. That means 2 business days after the payment goes through. If it is still not upgraded after 2 days, then I'd send another ticket.
