The Chat Interface.

A friend of mine is having trouble with the chat interface. He's unable to enter messages. He can type them, but when he presses the enter key, it doesn't post the message. The enter key, however, is responsive to all other functions outside of the chat (this includes normal computer functions), so the keyboard isn't the problem. How would he be able to fix this?

I have never ever heard about this problem before, is this happening all the time or was it just that one day?

This problem has been happening all day today. He rebooted a few times and reconnected to his internet, but still nothing. This is his first day in TAO; I'll have him check into it tomorrow again. If it still happens, I'll let you know.

Grey accounts ( I know because I have a grey account on GL and on army) have a chat limit. They must wait, i think it is 10 seconds, between messages in the game.

Well, that's the problem. He can't type one message. It still seems to be happening, too.

Today at about 8:45 pm EST I was playing when it stopped accepting my /c entrances. Shortly after this I could no longer login to Banff. When I put in my Name and Password i get the "please wait" message forever.
I PM'ed another member(Big X), and they have the same problem logging in.

I've been having the same proublem as well about the enter, but I find if you just retype it it works. so usly I type my stuff two times.
