Anyway, i personally would like more ranking updates.... especially since they said with the new ranking system it would be easier for them to do it more often.

When did they say that where? Maybe it's just me but I don't see how the new ratings system would make it easier to update it.

If you don't care about ratings, then it doesn't matter to you either way whether rankings are updated regularly.

If you do care about how you stack up against others, as many, many players do, then maybe you have something useful to offer to this conversation besides "this is retarded."

It's one number associated with one name. Anyone who's cracked open a Perl book could write a script to update the Rankings daily -- it makes no sense that they would be out of date by 10 days.

I would say it's not too much to ask, considering you actually have people PAYING you to do it.

i dunno.... i just looked and i couldn't really find anything to support my claim other than #4 on aro's sticky in the suggestions forum. I thought there was something else too, but i can't find it
