there has bin this person on armengedon server goin and hacking ppls names and delting all there monsteres except 1. plz do something about it. 2 of the ppl are Blackbolt and thewiz.

question: i posted this one in Blackbolt's one in the gold forums, but i guess i'llask it here too...both of the ppl said that someone had guessed their password in the lobby chat, but here ur saying someone hacked it?

I'm only asking, because, while it does suck to have someone use ur account, if they ahd simple passwords and someone managed to guess it...well...what exactly do u expect TAO to do about it? There's always gonna be unscrupulous ppl out there, and having a simple password is just beggin for trouble. (realistically, if their password was any sort of real word or phrase then its likely it was guessed, not hacked) If it was guessed, its a personal error, and not TAO's problem.

Yeah, it does really suck, and I hope they work it out, but try to be realistic about it.

I won't cover for people, if they did something, and they get caught, they deserve whatever happens to them.

sometimes it is the owners stupidity and not the hacking.

One day someone was sitting in lobby saying, "wow, you type your password in the lobby and it comes out in ****"
They then typed in *******
and said see.

About 5 people actually put down their passwords trying it out a
and then yelled a few minutes later when all their pieces were gone.

I dont know if they actually lost their pieces or were just playing along. But I am sure someone during the day did actually type out their password to see and then had it broadcast in the lobby.

blackbolt and thewiz both had obscenely simple passwords

i had been on their accounts a few times after a few clues were given away as to their passwords

but deleting the units is just low, real real low, i would never delete sum1s units

wow, not many ppl would admit to going into other ppls accounts...since it basically destroys ur credibility, and having admitted such nobody is inclined to believe what u did in said account.....

admitting such a thing, is about as foolish as typing ur password in chat or having a simple one in the first place.
