hmmm...both are good arguments...but regardless he seems to like the taste of humans...my guess is that one or more of his parents (biological or otherwise) were not human...raised by wolves perhaps?

Maybe he should be here to answer these questions, but something tells me that our specualtions are much more humorous than the real answer. So let's roll with this wolf thing.

Maybe he was raised by wolves on Neptune, where they do things slightly more different than here on Earth. Say, for instance the way they talk about fellow creatures. Perhaps expressing the will to eat them is merely a traditional Neptunian greeting, that also compliments the receiver on his newfound love for robotic baseball.

He was the first half human to become ruler of NWO. After all that he skewered a mule and ate it, rather quickly.
