I only got one post on this idea, and I thought it was pretty good, please, I need some feed back...

Templar:

Attack: more or less 20-24
Defense:0 (as like most spell casters)
Blocking:40% Sides:20%
Movement: 3 spaces
Attack range: 5 spaces(wait on this for details)
Health: 30

Attacking range-This is either based on LOS or not, I think it would be cool either way since there is no magic attacker yes that has true LOS (I mean the dragon only shoots in straight lines).Now since there is no line of sight that is why I had to chop down the amount of possible attack targets. If you think chopping off more is necissary, please mention it in your post.

Truthfully, it looks a bit powerful. With the ability to snipe out knights easily while sitting on your side of the arena, I would expect the templar to dominate most games. You should cut down on the hit points a little, so a pyro and a scout can team up to kill him.

yea if the health is like 28 or something it would be a good unit.

I can't really decide if i like it or not, but more or less it seems like it might be ok, maybe. ;)

Alright then, I think I will go with LOS, it will be a bit harder to use and that evens it out the HP will be reduced to 30, I feel 28 is too low because a dragon will sweep it. But if you think this creature should be defeatable by a dragon like that, then mention it please...

actually mos is right this just makes it a weaker archer: less hp, less block, less armor need i say more?

The important difference between this and a scout is the added power and the fact that it would be an unblockable attack (at least i'm assuming that's the case here).

So no it isn't a weaker scout, it's a magi that uses LOS.

That is correct jack, usually magic attacks (all, para and spells) are unblockable, I did not think you needed me to post that fact but that is the difference between this and archer.;)

If I am correct, I believe this is completely different from an archer, with only having a rang of five, this complicates the already know trick shots and such, some will remain the same however. This is by no means that much weaker than an archer. I believe the attck power sould be 22... Took me a while to think
