cant find the lobby

Hey I need help finding where to go to get to the lobby

-Go to Play online from the main page and click on the launch game link.
-Login (or make a new accout)
-Keep doing step 2 until you get in (server is full a lot)

trouble finding the lobby? It's hard to miss it. It's right there. He must have not been able to log in or something to that nature.
