i cant get on the stupid thing it went up and i saw oyu there but then i clikced settings and it judt changed color so i exiteed tried to get back on andf it wont let me the other 2 are fine though

I have not be able to get back into banff. After i won a game the screen went black. I tried to log back on but i can't. So i need help with a solution also.
