Clan question

Ok, I've asked this question before, but I don't ever remember getting an answer. But please repeat it for me if, in fact, I am just absent minded.
I created a clan when I was gold. I passed leadership on to another gold when I figured I couldn't really play anymore. It seems he passed on to someone else because he felt the same. It now seems that the third rung of leadership is now dissolving his gold membership as well. There are no gold members left to maintain leadership. What happens when the last rung's account gets reset? Is there just a phantom clan out there that no one can join because there is no leader? There must be some way for me to shock my anti-clan into life when and if I'd like. Yes? No? Maybe?

Yes.
Our Banff clan was lost AGAIN when the grey leader didn't pass leadership before the reset.

So we have a new leader over there. DR said he'd bring it back for us and give the leadership to the new leader to help us out.

So it can be done apparantly.

Hopefully it gets done soon, and now that we have a leader that's proactive, the clan will be hoppin' over there. :)

Ah! So it can be revived but only by a moderator, eh? Well I don't see that happening for us when we die. Oh well. The Thesauri was a great concept while it lasted.

Nah. I appreciate the offer and all, but PP are way to real of a clan for my taste. I don't see anyone offering any anti-clans out there. So if/when/how I actually start playing on a regular basis, I'll probably just maintain clanlessness.

snork is being a bit generous...
TYPICALLY...if ur clan's leader gets wiped, ur clan is pretty much dead and a new leader can't be made. Even if all the members of the guild leave nobody can recreate a clan with that exact name (though of course its case sensitive so just add characters or shange caps or somethin) ever again..if i recall correctly.

The only its possible to change this, as snork said, is if a administrator comes in and manually changes either the clan from the records so it CAN be recreated, or gives leadership of that clan to someone. As its a rare case, unless the clan means a lot to u..forget it.
