Every time I get online, there are those few people who takes winning a little "to" seriously. This one time i lost to a guy called Q zone. He used a formation that mine couldnt block so he started using terms like g a y, and f ***ing looser. everyone post your experiences with an outa control player if you cant take the heat, get away from the pyromancers

Never, this is all there is to life. Without Tao we all would not exhist.

Ok, yes this is just a game. But like every single game on the internet, sooner or later human nature takes over and bickering and insuls start. Since the goal of the game is to win, and gain ratings, those who are less-than-ethical will use methods like tricking opponents into losing, and fighting those who have no or next to no chance of winning.
Do people do this on TAO. Yes.
Is it allowed. Yes.
Should people do it. No
What to do about it. Tell all newbies as much as you can to discourage this behavior. Tell them not to hit f5 or altf4 or cntrl-w
Be nice, and encourage them to play, and to go gold. I know some of the "old school" golds dislike all the new gold newbies. But without them the game would begin to die, as it is their money that will help the game expand into the future.
But, feel free to discipline any nOObs you find.

alright, lets get things straight. i agree. No life is worthwhile if they have not played tactics arena. My personal shrine, while not the largest ever, is probably is the most dedicated. Wax models are common of the cleric, but overused. I personally like to create effigies of the lesser know or used characters, like the barrier ward. I mean, how much more personality could you fit..into...a bunch of sticks? Anyways, my shrine has a complete set of 32 characters. Several kids i know have overlooked the concept of strategy in this, prefferring shooting games, but they are on my hit list, so no worries. All is going accoriding to plan...soon everybody will live and die by this game. It is truly the best. I am glad supporters like Jeffery are out there.
