Scout problem

I was using 2 celrics and a line of units and for some reason the scout was right in front of my line formation however he shoot an arrow at my celrics. The rules say the first person in the line of site will get hit. But it went right over my units!

Read up on the LOS; sounds to me like you don't know exactly how it works. Once you know the rules, you'll know which shots can be pulled off. For example:

UUT
UUU
U-U
UUU
OUU


That shot works, where - is the blank space, O is your unit, T is their target, and the U's are units in all the other spaces.

To put it simply, the archer can shoot through a line of units of the unit he is shooting at is a 2 forward, 1 to the side site.

That works, yes, but there's a lot more to it than that. If you know the LoS, you'll know a lot of counter-intuitive shots that work nonetheless. There're also trick shots, where you aim at an empty space so that the unit you really want to hit gets damage via the LoS.

It'll really improve your Scout use if you know how to abuse 'em. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone.
