I'm trying to create my own banner but after I drew and scaned it, it took more than 7000 kb for 2 drawings so i cant put on walagata.com or on any other site I know...
Does anyone know a FREE hosting site that could host about 7000 kb of images? If not, could anyone host it for me and tell me the [img] "code" so that I could use it (that is if its not too much to ask)

I don't think many free hosting sites are willing to give up 7 megabytes... sounds like you will have to pay to get it hosted.

What format is it in and what size is it? If it's a .bmp format, convert it to a JPEG to save space. And if it's ridiculously big, just resize it.

I don't see how a picture could take up that much space unless it's ridiculously big and/or very poorly compressed...

DO NOT put one of those pics up here for you banner...the people on dialup would hate you because it would take their machines 20 minutes (literally) to download your pic and it would take around 2 minutes or more for dsl users

A 7 meg pic must be a bmp or gif. A jpg that size would have to be very poorly compressed, and huge.
As for free sites, nothing hosts things that big.

The 2 images are photoshop images, 1 is 2500 kb the other is 4500 kb.

Well, do as they say and that should fix your prob. I am willing to do any hosting as I have just bought 150 megs of space and havent had the time to use it, but I am not sure if people would be too happy with me heh

Look, if you have a photoshop image (*.psd), you can't host that on a site. No browsers support *.psd (please let the day that they are browser-supported be the day that we have 100 tbps (terabit per second) connections.

What you need to do is "File>Save For Web..." (Alt-Shift-Ctrl S), choose JPEG for the filetype, and adjust the quality slider to about 60-70. A 2.5MB *.psd should be under 100K for a *.jpg save.

All that, assuming you have Photoshop 6 or later (maybe 5.5.)

Better yet, don't use Photoshop unless you know how to. Photoshoptechniques.com (http://photoshoptechniques.com/) is a great site to learn it, and there's a great community there.
