I personally would recommend holding off until the Gold server is completed (tomorrow, no?) and the inevitable startup kinks worked out.

The big reason I don't want to go Gold right now is that it would remove the challenge of the game when fighting against the majority of opponents. It's hard enough to find a challenging game even when you aren't leaps and bounds above all Grey members. With the Gold server, though, this may be rectified...

thats my thinking ri... on GL (my home server) i would probably keep a grey setup, but on revelation i could go all out without any criticism :)

Who cares about what Greys say about Golds??? Now that Gold Only server is coming out, I am using GL as a testing ground for new formations. There is always a few greys that are pretty good that can be found, and the annoying ones provide good practice with a new formation you aren't used to yet.

You defiantely should go gold. Like Ri said, it might be better to wait until the Gold server is completed but that's not long to wait, right? So yeah...go for the gold if you want to but if you don't then think about it.

I would say go for gold, support the site for it's further development... but the only real support I can give is my high opinion of the community on the forum and of the game itself. I honestly can't say that I play it enough for my $5 a month, but I would be willing to contribute money if it was needed, even if I didn't have a gold account. I just want to see this place grow. It's one of the few "clean" sites out there. Another thing is it isn't swarming with ads.

ya...u should go gold...it doesn't cost all that much...16.5 cents a day...i think...just find a quater on the street every day and ur set...

Go Gold!!! I did here just because I wanted to see the Gold server for myself. I probably won't stay past a month tho.
