Trying deleting your cookies. If that don't work, delete your temp. net files. Then try resetting you net connection/computer.

I'm having the same problem with launching Tao. It's weird, the Digis entertainement screen comes up along with the welcome beep, but it won't advance beyond that. I'm thinking it might be due to the Gold server deal..
