A bug I think

The game didn't save my information for some reason. For the last day or so I left the browser window open and when I wanted to play I just logged in. I tried this about an hour or two ago and the window just hung. I end tasked the window and then started it up again. When I got into the game I found out that I lost about 7 wins and my cool new dark witch I had won :( I know 7 wins isn't much and I'm not upset about them, but the dark witch was something cool that not everyone else had. I had two dark witches(I felt cool haha). This isn't a huge deal or game breaking or anything, but it's still a bug I believe. Any help would be appreciated but I'm not banking on it. My account name is ArsE on the Banff server.

Also a brief side note, some data on Banff has been lost! This is was due to faulty server RAM. If you had an account and can no longer log in you will need to open a new one. Your stats have been lost. Gold accounts however have been saved. Note lost data only effects a very tiny amount of users most will not have any problems. Do not email us asking to get your account back. We do not offer support for free accounts.
