Barrier Thing

you know that barrier guy that makes a lightning bolt? well i have that guy who charges him to make the barrier but how do i do it?

I'm not sure what you're talking about... but there's a barrier ward and a lightning ward... two different things...
The lightning ward fires by itself, you dont need to charge it.... you just need to select it and tell it to fire (using the attack square).
