Are there any differences in the three main servers?

Do they differ in style of play, or power level?

And where does the name banff come from? Is it some inside joke?

i believe banff is a popular vacation spot in canada (or something like that?)

yes there r differences in predomenant style of play among the golds, on Great Lakes the main style of play is turtles, i believe banff is Mage Bomb and amegeddon is anything goes? but i'm not on those servers so i dont kno, i'm a great laker


if u dont kno what a mage bomb is here is a quick descritpion... take all ur magic users (usually some u have won in a drop) line them all up on the front row (or the second to the front) and then just make a suicidal charge to kill ur opponent... this is a very base description though, just to give u an idea of what its like

Yes, banff is a heavy mage bomb place, with SI now using it and netjak.com basically making it popular in the first place, everyone and their mothers are using mage bombs.

The main differences are that Banff and GL suck and armageddon rules but thats about it, nothing big really.
