hey im new and here is my thread on sugestions i have, negitive and positive opinions are welcome, so you can cuss me out all you want.

Bastas:
Unit Type:Contaption
Description: A giant cross-bow that fires huge bolts.
Movement: moves upto 2 spaces at a time, either up, down, left, or right. (you cant go diagonal)
Recovery Rate: 3 turns
HP: 30
Attack Pattern: 5 spaces away, either up, down, left, or right. (you cant go diagonal)
Attack Pow: 10 damage if it hits the enemy from the side, 20 if it hits them from the front or back.

Unit Type:Contaption
Movement: cant move
Recovery Rate: Varies
HP: 35
Attack Pattern: 7 spaces away, it can attack it any direction, as long as its firing forward.
Attack Pow: Varies

Battle Combos:
1) It can fire regular stones on the free servers doing up to 8 damage and a reload rate of 4 turns. The damage is in a patern like this: (numbers being the damage taken)

5 8 5
5 5 5

2)It can also fire your golems ech one doing somthing diffrent. To fire golems you have to move wich ever one you want to fire onto the catapult, then waite 1 turn till you can shoot it. (note: shooting the golems will not kill them) Here are the attack patterns of each of the golems:

Misc: After you fire a golem where ever the main target was is were it will respawn back into a golem but you wont get the golem back till the main target moves.

WAY too complicated dude... Also you've got a contraption that moves and one that throws stone golems into the middle of enemy territory. I'll take it your new but noone in their right mind would do that. The stone golem has no attack, i very much doubt he would last very long in there. The same with frosties, they can only paralyse a single unit... thats crazy.

Suggestions:
Don't use a capatpult the throw golems.
I love the idea of siege warfareish units but this is just too weird and out there so dumb them down... a lot.
and Lastly get rid of the 10 from the sides 20 from the back and front... what is the go with that? is there some reason it it being like that?

The coding to make a variable damage unit would be extreme. The catapult has been suggested, but without the unit tossing. As for the crossbow, it sounds fine. Just make sure it has a straight LOS so the first unit along its aim point gets hit.


As for the rest who did nothing but spam the thread, grow up. If you can not make suggestions, or point out VALID reasons why it would not work, then please just shut up.

shooting out "FLAME HIM" isnt a opinion, i dont care if they say they hate my idea i just dont want them spamin in this thread
