as of this time, the standard setup is that if your clan leadership is lost or deleted due tot he grey wipes, you CANNOT remake the clan with the same name on that server. There are a few exceptions when DR or another mod have helped out the ppl and manually gone in, deleted the clan from the records, and remade it for those ppl and gave them it back. (to the best of my knowledge, if i'm wrong in this pls set me str8)

However, those are exceptions, not the standard rule for what happens. They are not under any obligation to do this process. If you lost your clan...ask NICELY and beg for forgiveness for such arrogance to demand it and they might be kind enough to help you.

Also...learn how to turn off the caps lock and check out this thing we call punctuation, u might want to practice at using it.
