Yes, i really like this unit. I like the idea of the desparation leap and also the change in recovery times adds to the strategy of using it. *applaudes*
And I love the eyes... very cool

It's an okay idea, but I can hear Aro coming and saying, "A unit can only have one recovery time, there are no exceptions!"
P.S. Don't get mad at me Aro, it was just a joke.

Actually, every unit already has 3 seperate recovery times.
1 if they move and attack, 1 if they only move, 1 if they only attack.
So Aro shouldn't have a problem with the recovery time on this unit, otherwise he'd want to change every unit to just one wait time.
I've crossed the line, haven't I? :D

Every unit has one recovery time, then based on the actions that unit takes that base recovery time is adjusted according to set formulae.
My suggestion, just to make things clearer, give the unit one recovery time, then when you get to the special move just add a note at the end "counts as an attack, +2 to recovery when used"
