Silver account, NOT resuggesting

Well, I was wondering if the idea of silver/bronze accounts or whatever is being taken into consideration, I think it's a good one.
I would gladly drop $10-$20 a year to keep my stats and drops, but I can't afford/dont particularly want a gold account.

Anyone (mods?) know if this is happening?

i might be wrong, but my understanding of TAO's stance on the silver/bronze thing was that, while it was a nice thought, it wasn't viable in a business sense. The cost of implementing and maintaining such a setup and said accounts would inevitably outweigh whatever donation they make if its a onetime thing or even yearly. Basically, too much cost to do and maintain, not enough profit, and aside from some personal satisfaction it wouldn't really change the game for most plyers. Especially considering $5 per month isn't exactly tearing holes in the average person's account.

Thats just what I got from all the old suggestions about it, correct me if i'm off base though.
