I thought it might be cool if instead of only moving a designated unit per turn, that you could divide your phases (attack, turn, move) equally among your available units (with no wait). Yes I am aware this would take much coding but I like the idea. Regardless, it is just a suggestion.

I assume you mean you may move one unit, attack with one unit, and change direction of one unit.
This would get rather confusing. For example, you attack with your scout, move your knight in front of that scout, and then change the direction of the knight next to the scout which, in effect, creates a wall.
Things would get too confusing, I think, if this were to be implemented.

i'm not sure how this would make things more confusing.. it would open up more tactical attacks/defenses however
just my opinion

It wouldn't be so much more tactical.... half the strategy right now is getting the most out of each turn, this would make it easier actually.

Don't think it would work. The problem of recovery time comes into play.
If you shoot someone with a scout and then move your knight forward, how much recovery time should either unit get?
If the scout only gets 1 and the knight 0, with two scouts you could keep shooting and advancing your army at the same time.
If they both get 1, this seems the most fair in this case. However other situations might differ. (Cleric heal + Knight move).

Will make long range units, especially scouts, even more powerful.

also...it would allow u to attack with a ward and do more that turn...just using a ward is good enough...
