It Won't Start!!

I am outraged that Tactics Arena Online will not start for me. I have tried deleting cookies, temporary internet files, and clearing my history. Maybe it is down or something, but it opens the loading screen and it will not load... please hepl me!!

I believe it means "Rolling On the Floor, Laughing." I think the phrase is commonly used when something is so funny that it makes you fall to the ground in convulsing fits of giggles.

Have you restarted your computer like has already been suggested? Try going to that non existant place and see if the game works there.

I have tried restarting the computer... maybe i will fix something if i defrag the computer? What do u mean non existant place?
